Terms of use
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Ven app. Ven is run by Bononia ApS, CVR 38129538, Falkonervænget 21, st. tv., 1952 Frederiksberg C, Denmark. By creating an account you accept these terms. The Danish version is the governing one.
1. Who can use Ven
- You must be at least 18 and a parent or guardian of a child.
- You may have only one account, and the information about you and your family must be true.
- Your account is personal. You're responsible for what happens on it.
2. Your content
You own what you post on Ven: text, photos and messages. You give us a non-exclusive, free right to display and store it for as long as needed to run the app. That right ends when you delete the content or your account.
Only upload photos you have the right to share. If a photo shows people other than you, you need their consent. Think carefully before sharing photos of children.
3. Good conduct
Ven is for meeting other families. You may not:
- harass, threaten or demean other users,
- create fake profiles or pretend to be someone else,
- send ads, spam or sales pitches,
- share other people's personal information without consent,
- upload illegal, offensive or sexual content, and under no circumstances anything that sexualises children.
If you see something that breaks these rules, you can report or block the family directly in the app, or email franci.stasi@gmail.com.
4. When you meet
Ven doesn't verify users' identities. Meet new families in public places and use your judgement. You're always responsible for your children's safety when meeting others.
5. Removing content and closing accounts
We may remove content, or suspend and close accounts, that break these terms or the law. In serious cases we may contact the police.
6. Price
Ven is free. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you well in advance, and you'll never be charged without agreeing first.
7. Liability
We work hard to keep Ven running, but the app is provided as is, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We're not responsible for other users' behaviour, content, or meetings between users. Our liability is limited to the extent Danish law allows. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. What happens to your data is described in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. For meaningful changes we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts. As a consumer you can also complain to Nævnenes Hus (the Danish consumer complaints board) or through the EU online dispute resolution portal.
